This is a tribal nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Native American children and families by providing culturally tailored support, education, and resources for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Founded in 2022, Acorns to Oak Trees was formed to serve tribal children and families who were underserved by traditional service providers. This organization is grounded in the belief that it takes a village to raise a child, but also a village to restore one. This philosophy is exemplified by their village of support through education, nutrition, and culturally tailored therapies that empower native children to heal, grow, and thrive.

Expressing thoughts, emotions, and needs is an important part of healthy development.
When children receive support that meets their individual needs, they can build meaningful connections with others and participate more fully in everyday life.
Parents and caregivers play an important role in a child's development.
Having access to guidance, advocacy, and community resources can help families navigate challenges while creating supportive environments where children can thrive.
