Navigating community care should never feel like a barrier. The SDMHN Resource Directory is a dual-layered public health index designed to translate San Diego County's complex civic landscape into accessible, methods to care. This directory has 2 aspects: the local interactive map and the weekly partner features. Explore both below:
This is a centralized registry mapping low-barrier resources across San Diego County. Color-coded by mission—including crisis stabilization, specialized clinical support, housing security, and food equity—this interactive map allows families, youth, and school counseling teams to instantly filter and locate vetted, high-integrity care assets right in their immediate neighborhoods.
The interactive map is constantly being updated with new resources and locations. The map is currently in its early stages, with more to come soon.
Every week, we execute a deep-dive feature on a specific grassroots organization, specialized clinic, or local nonprofit. We look past the surface to analyze their exact programs, target demographics, and eligibility requirements. Explore our growing archive of full-text profiles to understand the mission, the team, and the operational architecture behind San Diego's frontline care providers.
The list of partner organizations grows each week. This website and our Instagram will always display the most accurate information.
